Kino, meaning “yesterday” in Japanese, captures the feeling of a fleeting moment—something remembered, yet just out of reach. Inspired by a short story from Men Without Women, the design reflects an icy moon half-sunken in a quiet, starless sea.
 
A cat’s eye moonstone evokes this ethereal glow, accented with white and blue sapphires and aquamarine to mirror subtle shifts of light on water. Angled so the cat’s eye shimmers horizontally, the stone echoes the gentle rhythm of ocean waves, preserving the story’s quiet, poignant mood.
