Fine jewellery is much like our most cherished relationships - a little bit of loving can go a long way. Like any other wardrobe items, your jewellery must be properly cleaned and maintained. Understanding how to care for your pieces can make a huge difference in maintaining its sparkle. General Care:

• Limit exposure of your jewellery from direct sunlight, moisture or heat.

• Remove them when applying perfume, lotion or products that contain chemicals. 

• Avoid wearing your jewellery during exercise or when doing vigorous chores.

• Never wear your jewellery in the shower or in a swimming pool. The chlorine content in the water, particularly at high temperatures, will permanently damage or discolour the jewellery over time.

 

Jewellery Cleaning:

For gemstones:

Clean by rubbing them gently with fragrance-free dish soap and warm water, rinse and pat dry with a soft, lint free cloth. 

 

For pearls:

Clean by gently wiping them with a soft cloth. Store away from other objects or jewelry that may scratch their surfaces. Wrap in delicate cloth, or place in a soft pouch.
