  • Where are you located at?

  • What materials are used to make the jewellery?
    All our jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials to ensure durability and beauty. Our gold items are made from genuine 18-karat gold, consisting of 75% pure gold and 25% alloy. The term "18 karat" signifies that 18 out of the 24 parts that compose the gold are pure gold. This composition ensures the highest amount of pure gold without compromising on quality. It's important to note that 18k gold, being almost pure, poses minimal risk of causing skin irritation, making it a suitable choice even for those with nickel allergies. Our Platinum items are made from either 900 or 950 Platinum. This means they contain 90% or 95% pure Platinum, respectively. We take pride in using these high-quality Platinum alloys to create stunning and enduring pieces. The necklace chains for our Platinum items are made of 850 Platinum for enhanced sturdiness. This specific alloy, containing 85% pure Platinum, is carefully selected to provide not only a lustrous appearance but also added strength to withstand the test of time.   • Is there a warranty for my purchase?
    Your piece is warranted for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase given that the piece is used for the purpose intended and has not been tampered with or subjected to extreme conditions, neglect, accidents or abuse. This warranty covers workmanship faults, and material faults under responsible use. It entitles you to: Re-sizing of your jewellery Setting of loose gems provided that the original stones are returned together After the 1 year period, a fee will be charged on a case by case basis. We provide lifelong cleaning, and inspection services for free. For more, please refer to our Terms & Conditions .
  • How long will the delivery takes?
    We use Speedpost Express for all our delivery. Express Delivery: Complementary standard delivery is available. The products will generally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the Order Confirmation date. Our customer service providers will be in contact with you throughout the process to keep you updated. Any delivery date specified by us is an estimate by our courier provider. Fujimori will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Upon delivery, the signature confirmation by a person who is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age is required for all online orders on our website. You acknowledge that any person receiving/signing on your behalf for the delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.
  • What is the exchange and return policy?
    We do not accept any refunds. However, customers are able to have their items exchanged for another item that is of the same value or higher provided that: The item was never used and is in good condition. Exchange is made within 1 week of purchase and item must not have been resized or customised in any way. To make an exchange, simply bring along your original receipt to our store.   • Is there a certification for my jewellery?
    We only provide certifications by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or Nan Yang Gemological Institution (NGI) for jewellery with special or higher priced stones. For other items, if you wish to make a certication for your purchase, a fee will be charged as follows: NGI Cert: $75 GIA Cert: $350 You may also confirm the analysis and grading of the stone using the GIA report no. (only available for some items):
  • How do you measure the diameter and carat of your stones?
    We are currently updating our product info on our website. If you have any enquiries on any product, feel free to leave us a message here with the item's SKU (available in the under the item's name). For centre stone, we measure the diameter of the stone and the unit is in millimetre (mm). Sometimes, both diameter and carat weight. For side stones, usually diamonds, we measure the total carat of the stones and the unit is in carat (ct).
  • What is the grade of your melee / side diamonds?
    Majority of our melee diamonds or side diamonds are of grade: Colour - G colour UP Clarity: SI UP Cut: Very Good While cut, clarity and colour determine the aesthetics of a diamond, we believe that this grade of melee diamonds is more than sufficient to showcase the beauty of small diamonds.
  • How can I check my ring size?

  • How long does it take to re-size my ring?
    All repair works will be carried out at our atelier in Japan, it takes around 3 - 4 weeks to resize a ring. However, due to the current Covid-19 situation, a delay in shipping will be observed. Collection of items will be made available after around 6 to 8 weeks upon order. Please kindly inform us regarding any urgent items, we will do our best to assist you. We will contact you via Whatsapp for when your item is ready for collection in store. For more, please refer to our Maintenance page.
  • Why is there only one ring size available in store for each item?
    Majority of our stocks are in our headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. We will do our best effort to ship them over when the items are out of stock in store. Also, some of our items are one-of-a-kind, hence there is only one ring size available. However, we do free ring re-sizing when you purchase with us. Re-sizing of rings are done in our atelier in Japan, therefore it will take about 4 weeks to re-size a ring. Normal ring re-sizing are available from ring size 7 to 15. For ring size smaller or larger than this range, the possibility of re-sizing will be subjected to the ring design.   • Do you offer cleaning services?
    We offer cleaning and repair services for free under 1 year warranty. After that, it will be charged on a case to case basis. For more, please refer to our Maintenance page.
  • How do I maintain or clean my jewellery?
    Fine jewellery is much like our most cherished relationships - a little bit of loving can go a long way. Like any other wardrobe items, your jewellery must be properly cleaned and maintained.
