We offer cleaning and repair services for free under 1 year warranty. After that, it will be charged on a case to case basis.

 

Repair

Resizing or resetting requests can be made in store or online here.

 

After assessment, we will send an estimate quotation for the process. Once your item is ready for collection, we will notify you through your preferred means of contact. Collection is only available in store. All customers are eligible for a free 1 time resizing of their rings. Thereafter, there may be charges based on a case by case basis. Loose stones can be reset for free provided that the customer returns both the original stone and item. Resetting of different stones or replacement of loose stones will be done for a fee.

Time Frame & Availability

Repairing of any item will usually take about 4 to 6 weeks, or longer depending on the condition of repair.

Cases where a replacement stone is required will usually take longer as more time is needed to find a suitable stone.
