Retail Jewellery – Terms & Conditions
Our retail collection includes ready-made jewellery pieces available for immediate purchase. The following terms apply to all retail purchases, whether made in-store or online:

1. Order & Payment Terms

  • All retail orders are confirmed upon full payment.

  • We accept payment via credit card, PayNow, or bank transfer.

  • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

  • In the event an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

2. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for retail purchases.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is:

    • Unworn,

    • In its original condition and packaging,

    • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value, with top-up where applicable.

  • No exchanges will be accepted for items that have been resized, engraved, or customised in any way.

 

3. Made-to-Order Retail Items

If your preferred ring size or gemstone is unavailable in stock, we may offer to remake the piece as a made-to-order item based on our original design.

  • Full payment is required to confirm and begin production.

  • Once confirmed, made-to-order retail items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange — including for ring size discrepancies or changes of mind.

  • If you choose not to view or approve the selected gemstone in person or via photo/video, you agree to accept the stone as is and waive the right to dispute its characteristics.

  • No further changes can be made once the order enters production.

 

4. Loose Stones Policy

As a jewellery house, we specialise in crafting complete, finished pieces.
We do not sell loose gemstones independently. All gemstones presented or reserved are intended to be set into jewellery crafted by us.

5. Production Timeline

  • The estimated production lead time for made-to-order retail items is 6 to 8 weeks.

  • Timelines may vary depending on design complexity, stone availability, and seasonal atelier schedules.

  • We will inform you in advance of any expected delays.

 

6. Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. All Fujimori Kajita jewellery purchased through our Singapore boutique or official website comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

What is covered:

  • Loose prongs or settings due to manufacturing defects

  • Structural issues such as faulty soldering not caused by external damage

 

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, discolouration)

  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or improper storage

  • Stone loss or breakage caused by impact or mishandling

  • Repairs or alterations performed by third parties not authorised by us

 

Important Notes:

  • This warranty is only valid for purchases made through Fujimori Kajita Singapore, either in-store or via our official website.

  • Purchases made through our affiliated companies Kajita Co., Ltd. or Fujimori Co., Ltd. in Japan are not covered under this Singapore warranty.

  • Warranty coverage is valid for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase.

 

If you believe your item is eligible for warranty service, please contact us with your order information and photos of the issue. Our team will assess the item and advise on the next steps.

Bridal Jewellery – Terms & Conditions

All bridal jewellery orders, including wedding bands, engagement rings, and bespoke bridal designs, are individually made-to-order for each customer. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Wedding Bands

  • All wedding band orders are made to the customer's specific requirements, including ring size, metal colour, texture, finish, and engraving (if any).

  • A full payment is required to confirm the order and begin production.

  • Once the order is confirmed, it is final and non-refundable. No changes, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Please ensure that ring sizes and details are confirmed during your consultation. We are unable to make adjustments once production has begun.

2. Engagement Rings

  • Customers may choose from our in-house designs or work with us to customise a simple setting using their preferred gemstone from our collection.

  • A full payment is required to confirm the design and initiate the making process.

  • All engagement rings are made specifically for the customer and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

  • If you opt not to view the selected gemstone in person (or via detailed images), you agree to accept the final stone as is and waive the right to dispute its appearance.

3. Bespoke Bridal Orders

For fully customised bridal jewellery that goes beyond our in-house designs:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin the design and production process.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before collection or delivery.

  • All bespoke orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the deposit is received and the design confirmed.

  • Timelines and design approvals will be clearly communicated prior to starting production.

 

4. Production Timeline

  • The standard production lead time for bridal jewellery is 6 to 12 weeks.

  • During peak periods (e.g., November to early January), an additional 2 weeks may be required due to atelier closures.

  • We encourage customers with urgent wedding dates to inform us early so we can accommodate your timeline as best as possible.

5. Promotional Purchases

  • For all bridal jewellery purchased during promotions or events, a full payment is required.

  • These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed, and cannot be altered or cancelled.

 

6. Warranty 

All Fujimori Kajita bridal jewellery purchased through our Singapore boutique or official website is covered under a specialised bridal warranty, designed to support you in the long term as part of your wedding journey.

What is included:

  • One-time complimentary resizing (within ±2 sizes) within 12 months of purchase.
    Subsequent resizing will incur a fee of $50 per ring.

  • Lifetime complimentary:

    • Ring cleaning

    • Polishing

    • Retouching of metal texture or finish

Repairs

  • Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis, and are assessed individually by our team.

  • Repair terms follow the general Retail Jewellery Terms & Conditions regarding wear and tear, impact damage, and non-manufacturer-related issues.

  • Charges may apply depending on the nature of the repair and condition of the item.

Exclusions

  • This bridal warranty is only applicable to purchases made in Singapore.

  • Purchases made via Kajita Co., Ltd. or Fujimori Co., Ltd. in Japan are not covered under this policy.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the Terms and Conditions before placing any order. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
