GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders are subject to written acceptance by FUJIMORI / KAJITA. It is your responsibility to check that the information displayed in your Shopping Cart accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation (i.e. clicking the “Place Order” button as explained below), the order will be sent to FUJIMORI / KAJITA for processing and you will receive an Acknowledgment email containing the main details of your order. Note that the Acknowledgement email does not represent acceptance of your order. After processing, upon shipment of the product you have ordered, we will send you an Order & Shipping Confirmation email of your order. In the event that email confirmation is not sufficient, FUJIMORI / KAJITA reserve the rights to reach out to you for verbal confirmation of orders.
The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours as true to the actual products, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. If you have any questions about the products, you may contact the Concierge Service department through the Contact Us section (“Contact Us” available at of the Website.
As majority of our stocks are based in at our head office in Japan, we seek for your understanding when items online are out of stock. You may fill in the item enquiry form available at of the Website. Orders may be placed for personal use only, any commercial use excluded. FUJIMORI / KAJITA has the right to cancel any order placed by you in the event that you have been involved in a dispute concerning a prior order, or if FUJIMORI / KAJITA has reasonable ground to suspect that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or are or appear to be engaged in fraudulent activities or use of purchased products other than for personal use as permitted by these Terms and Conditions. FUJIMORI / KAJITA has the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Confirmation of Orders
In order to process the order, you must select the product you wish to buy and click the “Add to cart” button. The selected products will then be included in the “Shopping Cart” and the order can be placed by filling out the order form and accepting these Terms and Conditions. Prior to submitting the order you are required to verify the accuracy of the information provided and make the necessary corrections. The Order is submitted when you click the “Pay Now” button. After placing an order, you will receive an auto-generated Order Confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that clicking the “Place Order” button mean that your order has been accepted and purchase is completed. Upon receipt, the order will be submitted to FUJIMORI / KAJITA for processing, the order cannot be changed or cancelled except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise required by applicable law. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. FUJIMORI / KAJITA will send a Shipping Confirmation e-mail to confirm that the Product has been dispatched and the tracking number of shipment will be provided.
Once you receive the Shipping Confirmation, your shipment will be in process, you are not allowed to change or amend the shipping address and FUJIMORI / KAJITA will not be liable for your wrong input of address. In the event that you need to make any changes for your shipping address, please contact our Concierge Service as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you based on our courier provider discretion. FUJIMORI / KAJITA will not be responsible or liable for your own negligence.
Upon sending you the Order Confirmation e-mail, the contract between you and FUJIMORI / KAJITA will be formed. The contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. FUJIMORI / KAJITA files for its own records evidence of all transactions between FUJIMORI / KAJITA and its customers. In the event of a dispute between FUJIMORI / KAJITA and one of its customers relating to a transaction conducted on the Website, the Terms and Conditions and Order Confirmation shall be treated as evidence of the details of the transaction.
FUJIMORI / KAJITA reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Website from time to time without prior notice to the customers. FUJIMORI / KAJITA will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
In the event that any product you select becomes unavailable after we send an Order Confirmation of the order, our staff will inform you by phone or email as soon as possible to advise you on the next step.
Pre-order is available for our Order Made collections and other requests for customised items, if applicable. A half deposit is required for pre-orders. Upon receiving the deposit, we will proceed with the making of your item. After making, confirmation of shipping or collection will only be made upon receiving the remaining amount. There is no cancellation for pre-orders.
Prices and Payment
The prices of FUJIMORI / KAJITA products are indicated in local currency (SGD) inclusive of local tax (GST) based on regulations. Prices are excluding shipping costs if any, please read the Shipping section for more information on shipping cost. FUJIMORI / KAJITA reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you by clicking on the “Place Order” button. You are responsible of the costs incurred when using means of distance communication in connection with placing an order with us (cost of internet access, telephone costs), and these costs do not differ from the standard rate. FUJIMORI / KAJITA reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. You will be required to pay for any order placed on the Website immediately upon clicking on the “Place Order” button. The amount of the purchase price of the products ordered by you will be blocked on your credit or debit card and you will only be charged upon shipment of the products to you. We only accept payment through the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All orders are payable in local currency (SGD) inclusive of the respective local tax (GST) based on regulations. FUJIMORI / KAJITA will cover you for the any additional Duties and Taxes fee incurred for your shipment. Please note that your order must contain a delivery address located within Singapore. Orders with shipping address other than a location within Singapore will not be processed. Please read the Delivery Zone section / Non-Delivery Zone section for more information on restricted delivery area.
Reservation of Title
A half deposit payment will be required for any reservation of items from FUJIMORI / KAJITA. This deposit will act as a security deposit until you decide to purchase the item or cancel the reservation. Products ordered by you will remain the property of FUJIMORI / KAJITA until full payment has been made. If there is any problem with payment, you are responsible to return the goods received to FUJIMORI / KAJITA immediately upon request.
Products purchased via the Website can only be delivered within Singapore. The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation which you input during the ordering process.
Please note that we only offer in-store pick up of items and as well as doorstep delivery. If you insert a Hotel address as the delivery address for your order, please note that the delivery can only be made to the person indicated in the order, and the products may not be delivered to the reception of the Hotel. Recipient signature is required upon hand-over.
Non Delivery Zone
Shipping to the below mentioned areas is restricted, and FUJIMORI / KAJITA will not accept any orders within these non-delivery zone:
Jurong Island, Airports, Cargo Complex, shipyards, PSA Terminals, Government Buildings, SAF Camps, Alps Ave, Marina Bay Sands, Resort World, Hospitals, Universities, Polytechnics, F1 Restricted Area and Outlying Areas (postal code starting with 69,70,71).
During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the lead-time required for delivery and as well as the options to opt for doorstep delivery or in-store pickup. You will be asked to select either of these options as part of the ordering procedure.
Please note delivery is charged per invoice. Should you wish to combine your orders into one delivery, do select in-store pick up for the second checkout onwards. Thereupon, please contact our Customer Service through email at to inform us that you wish for your orders to be combined into one delivery. The cut off time for informing us will be every Thursday 5pm. Thereafter, another delivery arrangement has to be made.
While FUJIMORI / KAJITA cannot guarantee a delivery time, it provides the following general shipping guidelines:
Express Delivery: A cost of SGD$10 will be charged for delivery. The products will generally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the Order Confirmation date.
Our customer service providers will be in contact with you throughout the process to keep you updated. Any delivery date specified by us is an estimate by our courier provider. FUJIMORI / KAJITA will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Upon delivery, the signature confirmation by a person who is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age is required for all online orders on our website. You acknowledge that any person receiving/signing on your behalf for the delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.
Problems of Delivery
Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding 10 (Ten) working days from the shipment date or any discrepancy between ordered and delivered products should be promptly reported to our Customer Service department by phone (from 11am - 8pm) at +65 90374575 or +65 62351913, or email at on the Website as soon as possible.
a) General provisions
We do not accept refund requests for online and in-store purchases. You may exchange any purchase without customised engraving or embossing, for an exchange, by clearly informing us of your intention to do so within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of successful delivery:
- by contacting our Customer Service by phone, calling us at +65 90374575 or +65 62351913 or emailing , providing us your name, address and order number. Our Customer Service will get in touch with you within 2-3 working days; or - by directly returning the products to our Singapore Stores: Takashimaya Department Store.
b) Returns to our Boutique
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please note that all returned items are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) or whose security tag, if any, has been removed cannot be accepted for return.
You may be held liable in the case of depreciation of the value of the product as a result of handling that is not consistent with preservation of the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, the correct operation of the products.
Please note that all exchanges must be made at our flagship store in Takashimaya Department Store.
For products purchased as a gift, the buyer first has to inform us that the gift recipient wishes to exchange their item. Similarly, gift recipients are only entitled to item exchange of equal value with an original gift receipt only. Should the gift recipient wish to exchange for an item of higher value, either the gift recipient or the buyer has to pay the difference in value.
c) Sales items
We do not accept refunds and exchanges for all sales items.
All our jewellery except for our earring backings are covered by the warranty provided by FUJIMORI / KAJITA. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and will be honoured in both Singapore and Japan.
This warranty covers workmanship faults, and material faults under responsible use. It entitles you to:
re-sizing of your jewellery for no charge for the first time
setting of loose gems provided that the original stones are returned together.
This warranty however, does not cover normal wear and tear. It is not valid in case of loss, theft, improper use, negligence or attempts to repair it by unauthorized persons.
After the 1 year period, a fee will be charged on a case by case basis. We provide lifelong cleaning, and inspection services for free. You may submit a claim under the Warranty by issuing a notice to us at +65 90374575 or +65 62351913, and also through email at identifying the defective Products and the nature and extent of the defect.
If you submit a valid claim under the Warranty we will, at our option:
(a) repair the Products to which the defect relates;
(b) resize the Products for no charge for the first time.

FUJIMORI / KAJITA guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the Website.
We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under any these Terms and Conditions arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action.
Please note that nothing contained in these Terms of Sale in any way affects your statutory rights.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by law, that provision is severed and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions remain valid and enforceable.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You should check the Terms and Conditions before placing an Order.
