Wedding bands typically take 6 to 8 weeks to complete, while engagement rings require 8 to 12 weeks depending on design complexity. Shipping time will vary based on your location.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As each piece is made to order, changes cannot be made once the design has been confirmed. We will ensure all details are carefully reviewed with you before proceeding.

We offer one complimentary resizing within ±2 sizes within 12 months for applicable designs. Our team will guide you through the process and advise if your ring is suitable for resizing. For overseas clients, the ring will need to be sent to our Tokyo atelier for resizing, and the cost of two-way shipping will be borne by the customer.

For overseas clients, we will first assess your jewellery based on photos and videos provided. Repair recommendations and fees will be advised on a case-by-case basis. Should you wish to proceed, the ring will need to be sent to our Tokyo atelier for repair, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
