Bookings and Orders
a. After booking an online consultation, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your booking. b. Arrangement of online consultation dates will be done only after confirmation of booking.
a. Consultation is only available online via Zoom. b. You will receive the link to the first Zoom meeting after confirming the date of consultation. c. Several Zoom meetings may be needed before the finalisation of design.
Price and Payment
a. The price of loose stone on our loose stone page is fixed and non-negotiable. b. After finalising the design, you are obliged to make the payment for the stone first and making-cost later upon the finishing of your product. c. We only accept online payment either via Stripe (Debit/ Credit Card) or Bank Transfer (when requested only). d. Upon agreeing on the design, we will send you the payment invoice via email and payment can be done by Debit/Credit Card via Stripe or bank transfer (when requested only).
Our Refunds Policy
There is strictly no refund for our Bespoke Service items as different from our regular items, they are designed and crafted as per your request only.
All our jewellery except for our earring backings are covered by the warranty provided by FUJIMORI / KAJITA. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase and will be honoured in both Singapore and Japan. This warranty covers workmanship faults, and material faults under responsible use. It entitles you to:
re-sizing of your jewellery for no charge for the first time
setting of loose gems provided that the original stones are returned together.
This warranty however, does not cover normal wear and tear. It is not valid in case of loss, theft, improper use, negligence or attempts to repair it by unauthorized persons. After the 1 year period, a fee will be charged on a case by case basis. We provide lifelong cleaning, and inspection services for free.
You may submit a claim under the Warranty by issuing a notice to us at +65 90374575 or +65 62351913, and also through email at identifying the defective Products and the nature and extent of the defect.
If you submit a valid claim under the Warranty we will, at our option:
(a) repair the Products to which the defect relates;
(b) resize the Products for no charge for the first time.

FUJIMORI / KAJITA guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the Website.
We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under any these Terms and Conditions arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action. Please note that nothing contained in these Terms of Sale in any way affects your statutory rights.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by law, that provision is severed and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions remain valid and enforceable.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You should check the Terms and Conditions before placing an Order.
